Editing a Scheduled Report

Once a report has been scheduled, it is still possible to modify the report criteria, sort options, report timing, report period, and report output.

Follow these steps to open a scheduled report:

  1. Highlight Scheduled on the left side of the Select a Report window.
  2. A list of scheduled reports will appear on the right side of the window.
  3. Highlight the scheduled report that you would like to view.
  4. Press the Next button.
  5. The Criteria tab will appear for the selected report. Make changes to any of the fields.

Note: The report will have its regular Criteria tab, Sort Options tab (if the report has sort options) and Advanced tab (if the report has advanced report criteria). The additional three tabs will be Timing, Period (if applicable) and Output, all of which apply to the report scheduler.

  1. Press the Save button when you are done.
